Under the Hood
The customers of the all new Range Rover Sport will get two engine choices at the launch, a 375 kW Supercharged 5.0 liter V8 Petrol and 215 kW 3.0 liter SDV6 engine. A 190 kW 3.0 liter TDV6 and a 250 kW 4.4 liter SDV8 diesel will join the lineup early you in 2014. All the powertrains will be paired with an electronically controlled ZF 8HP70 8-speed automatic transmission. A diesel hybrid version is also expected to launch in 2014.
Pricing and Availability
The SUV will hit the dealership in September in the UK at a starting price of £51,550 and will release in November in Australia and in early 2014 in New Zealand.
