Chevrolet got a really good news for the all the buyers of Stingray to get a 60 percent discount on learning how to drive this new sports car. The buyers will be eligible to attend the Ron Fellows Performance Driving School for the beginners two-days driving session at only $1000 where a normal 2 day session cost about $2,500. There is also an option for a three-day session program with even a bigger discount at only $2,150. The stingray owners who will have the SCCA license will also be eligible to participate in advanced training programs but the pricing details are not yet official.

The good thing about this training program is that the buyers will not have to bring in their own Stingray and the school will provide its own vehicle as they have a fleet of Corvette Stingrays for instructions.

This discount offer is valid from one year of the purchase of the new Corvette Stingray and will be applied only to the original buyer of the car.

Tim Mahoney, chief marketer office, global Chevrolet said, “We designed the Corvette Stingray to make its owners better drivers through technologies such as the Driver Mode Selector, Active Rev Match, electronic limited-slip differential and more. Through the Ron Fellows Performance Driving School, they’ll learn to make the most of its technologies and delve deeper into the Corvette’s capabilities, resulting in a more exciting and fulfilling driving experience.”

Also besides the class instructions, the participants will also spend some time at the Spring Mountain’s world class 2.2 mile road course where three levels of cover novice track drivers to those who have more experience.
